Provide effective, timely HR leadership and support to the Johor Bahru manufacturing facility.
Support site performance by aligning workforce plans, talent practices, and employee engagement initiatives with operational needs.
Promote fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices and constructive employee relations.
Partner with the Country HR Manager to support Malaysia-wide HR priorities and country-level matters as required.
Help maintain a safe, respectful, and productive workplace for employees across the facility.

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and delivering HR support for NOV’s FGS Manufacturing facility in Johor Bahru. The role partners with site leaders to address workforce needs, employee relations, talent development, and HR operations, while supporting Malaysia country-level HR initiatives and issues as assigned by the Country HR Manager.
