RH is seeking a Guest Liaison to create an exceptional first impression for the designers, customers, executives and visitors who arrive at the Center of Innovation & Product Leadership and main reception areas at the RH Home Office. This polished, enthusiastic professional delivers dynamic service and partners with colleagues across RH to ensure every guest need is met and exceeded. The Guest Liaison brings a proactive, creative approach to problem solving and helps shape an elevated experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Greet, welcome and announce every visitor upon arrival with superior service.
- Handle calls and emails with poise, confidence and care.
- Provide elevated service support to all Team Members as needed.
- Create and maintain Team Member badge access and security reports.
- Analyze inventory levels and place timely orders for restocking.
- Serve as liaison to the Campus Development and Facilities Teams on maintenance, security and operational projects.
- Standardize information dashboards, templates and procedures to streamline workflow, including expense reporting, corporate communications and project status tracking.
- Maintain, adapt and update essential company information and documents.
- Track spend, analyze trends and recommend best practices that improve efficiency.
- Coordinate visitor logistics, including conference room readiness and guest refreshments, so every arrival feels seamless.
- Apply creative problem solving to resolve challenges quickly and deliver strategic solutions.

WHAT TO EXPECT
- Onsite presence at the Center of Innovation and Main Reception areas, with extended periods at a desk and screen.
- Frequent standing, walking and greeting guests throughout the day.
- Occasional lifting and moving of supplies while following appropriate safety guidelines.
