Equipment Maintenance Technician (CMP) D Shift Night

We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician at onsemi's 200 mm manufacturing facility in Gresham, OR. You will serve as a technical authority for critical CMP equipment. You will perform advanced preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance; lead complex recoveries and root-cause investigations; and develop sustainable improvements that increase equipment reliability and manufacturing performance. This role requires deep hands-on tool expertise, sound judgment, strong ownership, and the ability to influence and develop other technicians without relying on day-to-day direction.

Candidates must demonstrate a high level of hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting expertise on one or more of the following CMP platforms, with broad working knowledge across the area:

Polishers:
- IPEC/Novellus Polishers these include the Momentum Series and 776 Series Polishers
- Applied Materials Mirra Polishers.
Cleaners:
- LAM Research Ontrak Cleaner
- Applied Materials Mesa Cleaner
- IPEC/Novellus 7700 Series Cleaner
Extensive knowledge on Slurry Delivery Systems including
- Parastaltic
- Flow Controllers.
- CDS (Chemical Delivery System)
Expert knowledge of air pressured systems and the ability to diagnose and repair air leaks.
Major tool subsystems such as vacuum, robotics, process chambers, controls, and interlocks
