A Cook 2 is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with Four Seasons standards, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation in every meal served. You will support the culinary team by maintaining a clean and organized station while executing dishes with
precision and care.
What you will do:
- Set up your workstation with all required tools, ingredients, and equipment
- Prepare mise en place for assigned station and ensure readiness for service
- Cook and plate menu items promptly and accurately according to standard recipes
- Communicate effectively with other cooks and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service
- Properly store, label, and handle food items to maintain quality and safety
- Complete requisitions and assist with stock rotation as needed
What you will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of culinary experience in a hotel, resort, or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of broiler equipment and an understanding of meat and fish cookery
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills
- Passion for food preparation and commitment to excellence
