Support the Employee Listening & Insights Lead in administering employee listening programmes, coordinating survey operations, preparing data and reports, and tracking follow-up actions. The role helps ensure employee feedback is collected accurately, analysed in a timely manner, and translated into clear information for stakeholder decision-making and engagement improvement.
