Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join the Power & Thermal Management division in Anaheim, CA.
This role is responsible for supporting daily Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities by providing hands-on support for the implementation and maintenance of process improvements, engaging employees in continuous improvement efforts, and sharing successful practices across the organization.

Supports Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives by assisting with the implementation, monitoring, and sustainment of process improvements that enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. Partners with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, collect and analyze data, support problem-solving efforts, and maintain standard work and visual management systems. Conducts audits to ensure compliance with operational standards, 6S practices, and Shop Floor Management processes. Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and project management skills while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Utilizes Microsoft Office tools to analyze data, create reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Promotes accountability, collaboration, and a culture of operational excellence.
