About the Role

The Executive – Last Mile will manage daily last-mile delivery operations, including dispatch coordination, fleet management, delivery monitoring, and issue resolution. The role ensures timely deliveries, operational efficiency, and adherence to FMCG quality standards, with extensive field travel.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily dispatch, delivery schedules, fleet deployment, and rider allocation.
Monitor delivery performance, SLAs, and resolve operational escalations.
Improve route efficiency, vehicle utilisation, and delivery productivity.
Ensure proper handling of fresh produce and compliance with operational SOPs.
Conduct field visits across distribution centres, delivery zones, and partner locations.
Maintain operational MIS, delivery trackers, and performance reports.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in last-mile delivery, FMCG, logistics, D2C, or e-commerce operations.
Hands-on experience in dispatch, fleet coordination, and delivery partner management.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and operational tracking systems.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and travel extensively, including intercity travel.

The FMCG Last Mile Executive will support end-to-end last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient order dispatch and delivery coordination. The role will manage vehicle and fleet coordination, monitor deliveries, coordinate with warehouse and customer support teams, resolve operational issues, and ensure adherence to delivery SLAs and operational SOPs. This is a field intensive role requiring extensive travel across distribution centres, delivery zones, rider hubs, and partner locations, including intercity travel.
