Do you enjoy leading people and have the ability to influence people around you in positive and professional way?• manage a team of Financial Wellness Coaches on the Financial Wellness Team of the UBS Wealth Advice Center, which focuses on emerging affluent and core affluent client segments at UBS. Our office consists of 400+ Wealth Management Associates and Financial Advisors who serve ~200,000 clients with aggregate assets of nearly ~$22bn
• ensure your team of Financial Wellness Coaches are addressing service requests from our participants and our Financial Advisors in a timely manner
• execute Workforce Management (WFM) functions, including staffing incoming call queues and monitoring daily SLAs against defined goals
• deliver ongoing coaching and development to your team through trainings, call listening, and regular feedback sessions
• work with your team to prioritize account service and delegate daily case assignments
• onboard and develop new Financial Wellness Coaches as they join the Wealth Advice Center platform
• manage all service center-like aspects to ensure things run smoothly
