Enterprise Data Stewardship (EDS) requires a dedicated Data Steward to support the ever-growing demand for Investor data. This data includes lead, prospect, client and account profile data, which is used in many of our firm's critical initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the primary business contact representative responsible for the clear definitions of data, ensuring the correct usage and context of data, enforcing policy/security/privacy requirements and maintaining data quality and integrity.What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary business contact representative responsible for identification and definition of data in response to regulatory, legal, and audit requests and partner with technology delivery teams to ensure valid and controlled production of required data.
- Oversee data lifecycle including operational and administrative management of data and overall data curation – for multiple data domains/subdomains.
- Lead, partner and drive discussions on data definition, taxonomy and classification based on lineage and transfer / business transformation data.
- Help identify metadata-related inconsistencies across business areas and frame resolutions.
- Communicate progress and risks with management, peers and vendors to provide effective interdepartmental and intradepartmental communications.
