Role Overview
As the Digital Growth & Content Lead, you will own the end-to-end digital ecosystem for the Automotive & Data (A&D) business unit. As a highly autonomous individual contributor, you will act as a strategic doer - responsible for both setting the digital and content agenda and hands-on executing it, ensuring our technical innovations translate into market-leading authority and measurable commercial impact. Your mission is to drive the "why" behind our digital presence, shaping brand narrative while optimising our channels and content to drive pipeline and audience scale.
In this role, you will define and execute a sophisticated content and digital strategy that positions Arrive as the essential platform for in-car payments and a leader in connected services. You will balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial objectives, owning the strategy for lead generation contribution, SEO, and multi-channel engagement. By leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional leadership, you will scale our digital footprint and build a narrative that consistently generates demand, engagement and high-authority market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Channel Strategy & Growth
Ecosystem Ownership: Lead the strategic development and implementation of the A&D digital ecosystem, including website, CRM, and social channels to maximise reach and conversion.
Growth Optimisation: Drive direct growth strategies across LinkedIn and other professional channels, leveraging content to expand our influence within the automotive sector.
Subscriber Acquisition: Shape and execute global newsletters and database growth strategies, focusing on high-value lead acquisition and retention.
Innovation: Identify and implement emerging digital marketing technologies and AI-driven workflows to increase operational efficiency and content performance.
Content Strategy & Brand Authority
Strategic Narrative: Own the content roadmap, ensuring all messaging aligns with Arrive’s global brand vision while specifically addressing A&D’s products and complex technical audience.
Authority Building: Hands-on creation and production of high-impact newsletters, media, whitepapers, case studies, and thought-leadership pieces.
Brand Guardianship: Govern and apply the visual and verbal identity of the business unit, ensuring absolute consistency across all external media, video, and event assets you create and manage.
Performance & Commercial Impact
Pipeline Generation & Expansion: Optimise the lead-to-opportunity funnel, ensuring digital activities contribute directly to both net-new qualified inbound sales pipeline and cross-sell/upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Customer Retention & Affinity: Own digital lifecycle initiatives aimed at existing customers, utilising targeted content and channel strategies to keep them highly engaged, maximise lifetime value, and build lasting brand loyalty.
Analytics & ROI: Own the reporting suite for digital performance, translating complex metrics into actionable insights for the Senior Leadership Team.
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience leading digital growth and executing content strategy and creation within the B2B tech, automotive, or SaaS sectors.
Proven track record of managing and optimising full-stack marketing ecosystems (HubSpot or Salesforce CRM/CMS proficiency is essential).
Expertise in SEO, data analytics, and performance marketing, with the ability to link digital activity to commercial revenue.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing external agencies, vendors and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker capable of balancing brand-led authority with commercial growth targets.
