As part of our modernization journey, we are seeking a Technical Product Manager – Enterprise & Cross-Functional Initiatives to lead strategic programs that span Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Infrastructure, Operations, Compliance, and Innovation.

This role is part of our Product, Research, Innovation, Strategy & Modernization (PRISM) organization and reports to the SVP, PRISM.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical product management expertise, enterprise architecture awareness, program leadership, technical documentation capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🏢 Enterprise Strategy & Program Leadership

• Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide strategic initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Infrastructure, Operations, Compliance, and external partners.

• Partner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, program objectives, success measures, and implementation strategies.

• Establish program structures, governance frameworks, milestones, and accountability mechanisms.

• Drive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities, operational objectives, and technology requirements.

• Facilitate executive steering committees, strategic planning sessions, status reviews, and decision-making forums.

• Ensure initiatives remain aligned with enterprise goals, technology roadmaps, and organizational modernization priorities.

• Maintain transparency regarding program progress, key decisions, risks, and business outcomes.

📋 Product Management & Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements across multiple departments.

• Translate enterprise strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, delivery plans, workflows, and requirements.

• Develop business cases, Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), capability maps, and initiative roadmaps.

• Support product discovery, prioritization, solution planning, and cross-functional requirements alignment.

• Define functional requirements, system dependencies, integration needs, and operational considerations.

• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to evaluate technical solutions, implementation approaches, and tradeoffs.

• Ensure proposed solutions address business objectives, user needs, and enterprise technology requirements.

• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and Security teams to evaluate enterprise solutions.

• Develop and maintain visibility into enterprise application landscapes, business capabilities, and system dependencies.

• Document current-state and future-state technology environments.

• Support evaluation of integration approaches, platform capabilities, and architectural tradeoffs.

• Identify dependencies between enterprise systems, business processes, and strategic initiatives.

• Translate complex architecture concepts into clear documentation and visualizations for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Ensure solution planning considers scalability, security, maintainability, and organizational objectives.

• Establish and maintain consistent documentation standards for enterprise initiatives.

• Develop, organize, and maintain documentation that supports planning, execution, governance, and knowledge transfer.

🚦 Enterprise Delivery Management & Execution

• Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives across multiple delivery teams and business functions.

• Develop and maintain program timelines, milestones, deliverables, and execution plans.

• Manage enterprise-level risks, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, and organizational blockers.

• Facilitate cross-team planning sessions, backlog refinement, roadmap reviews, and dependency-management activities.

• Coordinate release readiness, implementation planning, and delivery activities.

• Track progress against commitments and communicate risks or delays proactively.

• Improve visibility, predictability, and accountability across enterprise initiatives.

• Support Agile delivery methodologies and established program governance practices.

• Support enterprise initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Transformation.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Architecture leaders to advance AI-driven modernization initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business performance through AI-enabled capabilities.

• Evaluate and document AI use cases, expected business value, technical requirements, and implementation considerations.

• Support responsible AI adoption through governance, documentation, and appropriate oversight practices.

• Contribute to initiatives involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging enterprise AI technologies.

• Assist with evaluating AI platforms, automation opportunities, and strategic technology partnerships.

• Translate complex AI concepts into understandable business cases, workflows, and solution documentation.

• Coordinate enterprise technology initiatives involving multiple systems, applications, and business processes.

🤝 Vendor & Strategic Platform Management

• Support the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of strategic technology vendors.

• Coordinate enterprise integrations and platform implementation initiatives involving external partners.

• Assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs), vendor assessments, proof-of-concepts, and solution evaluations.

• Document vendor capabilities, integration requirements, technical considerations, and business value.

• Partner with Architecture, Security, Engineering, and business stakeholders to evaluate vendor solutions.

• Ensure vendor-delivered capabilities align with enterprise architecture, business requirements, and applicable security expectations.

• Support strategic platform decisions through structured analysis and stakeholder coordination.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Enterprise Program Management, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional strategic initiatives.

• Experience coordinating complex programs involving multiple business and technology organizations.

• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans.
