We are looking for an A&E Manager for the Nordics to accelerate growth across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
In this role, you will drive new business and expansion opportunities for Milestone’s solutions, including BriefCam, while also supporting opportunities connected to Milestone’s cloud solution, Arcules.
About the role
As A&E Manager Nordics, you will build and manage strong relationships with strategic end customers, A&E consultants, security consultants, specifiers, and key channel partners, helping them understand how Milestone’s video management, analytics, and cloud-based solutions can improve investigations, situational awareness, operational efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.
This is a regional role and requires availability of travelling across the Nordic countries, with occasional international travel to Milestone locations and events.
You will report to Sales Director, Nordics.
What you will do
- Deliver on business objectives across the Nordic region by identifying, developing, and closing new business and expansion opportunities for Milestone’s solution portfolio, including XProtect, BriefCam, and Arcules.
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic end customers, enterprise accounts, government organizations, and public sector customers, positioning Milestone around clear business outcomes, operational efficien-cy, security, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop close relationships with architects, engineering consultants, security consultants, and specifiers, ensuring Milestone solutions are understood, considered, and specified in relevant projects across the IP video security channel.
- Build and maintain an accurate pipeline across core VMS, analytics, and cloud opportunities, ensuring time-ly forecasting, structured opportunity planning, and disciplined activity tracking in Salesforce.
- Create proposals and quotes, coordinate commercial activities with partners and internal teams, and lead opportunities through the sales cycle to close new business and expand existing accounts.
Represent Milestone professionally at customer meetings, consultant briefings, partner sessions, webi-nars, workshops, exhibitions, seminars, and regional industry events to create demand and strengthen awareness of Milestone’s full solution portfolio.
What you bring
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 5 years’ sales, business development, key account management, or consultant/specifier en-gagement experience with a proven track record in a demanding B2B environment.
- Experience developing both enterprise end-customer opportunities and channel partner relationships, ide-ally in a two-tier sales model.
- Experience working with A&E consultants, security consultants, specifiers, or other influencers in the build-ing, infrastructure, or security ecosystem is highly relevant.
- Knowledge of video technology, CCTV, network video systems, physical security, enterprise software, ana-lytics, cloud solutions, or a related industry.Strong account management skills with attention to detail, structured opportunity planning, and strategic execution across complex stakeholder environments.
- Hunter sales mindset with experience identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in cooperation with partners.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in one Nordic language is required; professional communication skills in English are need-ed in this role.
