Join our global HR technology team and play a key role in shaping and optimizing our Oracle HCM Cloud landscape. As the Business System Owner for the Oracle Core HR Module, you will serve as a critical link between HR, Payroll, business stakeholders, and implementation partners, ensuring our HR systems support business needs while driving efficiency, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.

In this role, you will own and continuously improve Oracle HCM Core HR processes, support Payroll-related configurations and integrations, develop reporting solutions, and manage system security and data governance. You will also contribute to international rollout projects, helping translate business requirements into scalable system solutions across multiple countries.

As a Business System Owner, Oracle Core HR Module, you will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Core HR and Payroll processes. Working within a global HR transformation environment, you will partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient system design, data integrity, reporting capabilities, security governance, and successful country rollouts.
