OpenLoop is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team remotely. In this senior role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles across our commercial and G&A teams, from intake and market mapping through offer and close. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to shape searches, build pipelines through proactive sourcing, and guide them through every hiring decision along the way.
What You'll Do:
Own full-cycle recruiting for your searches, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and close.
Partner with hiring managers to define what success looks like, shape job specs and scorecards, and build a clear search strategy.
Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, mapping talent across direct competitors, overlooked companies, and adjacent industries.
Think beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, tapping into industry communities, warm networks, referrals, and other creative channels.
Engage candidates who aren’t actively looking with credible, personalized outreach and a compelling understanding of our business and opportunities.
Lead initial screens that assess relevant experience, motivations, and alignment with the role.
Guide hiring managers through interviews, debriefs, and hiring decisions, offering clear recommendations and constructive pushback.
Use market insight, compensation data, and pipeline performance to identify roadblocks and adjust your approach.
Keep pipelines accurate and actionable in Ashby, with clear next steps and timely communication for candidates and hiring teams.
Adapt your portfolio as hiring priorities evolve, with the opportunity to take on senior leadership and executive searches over time.

Who You Are:
You bring 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong sourcing foundation.
You’re comfortable recruiting across different functions and levels, learning new areas of the business, and balancing multiple searches as priorities shift.
You’re a trusted partner to hiring managers: you ask thoughtful questions, set clear expectations, and challenge assumptions when the evidence calls for it.
You know how to engage passive candidates, understand what matters to them, and connect their motivations to an opportunity.
You bring sound judgment to candidate assessment and can explain why someone is or isn’t a strong match for a role.
You’re curious and resourceful. When a search stalls, you investigate what’s happening and bring ideas for moving it forward.
You’re self-directed and organized, with consistent follow-through and care for the candidate experience.
You handle confidential searches and sensitive information with discretion.
You’re interested in growing into executive recruiting and building the business fluency and credibility that work requires. Prior executive search experience is welcome but not required.
You’re proficient with an ATS (we use Ashby) and use pipeline data to guide your work and keep hiring teams informed.
