Job Description:
As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading a team of crew members. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient working environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and train crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including till reconciliation, deposits, and safe management.
- Monitor food preparation, cooking, and holding procedures to ensure product quality and food safety standards are consistently met.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and ordering supplies.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required, including equipment setup and breakdown.
- Delegate tasks effectively to crew members and ensure timely completion.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures, including those related to employee conduct and safety.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance issues, or incidents to management.
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus.
