MarTech & Data Analytics Manager
JustMarkets is looking for an experienced MarTech & Data Analytics Manager to join our Marketing team and lead the development of our marketing technology, analytics, and operational infrastructure across CFD and Crypto business lines.
In this role, you will oversee three key areas: Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, and MarTech/AI Automation. You will be responsible for building a unified marketing analytics ecosystem, improving data accuracy, scaling marketing technologies, and automating operational processes.
You will lead multiple teams through their Team Leads, work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive improvements in marketing efficiency, attribution, and budget control.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop three functional areas: Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, and MarTech/AI Automation
- Manage Team Leads, establish clear goals and OKRs, and ensure effective team performance
- Develop and implement the strategy for marketing technology, analytics, and operational processes across CFD and Crypto
- Oversee the development and integration of CRM, CDP, MMP, and analytics platforms
- Build and maintain a unified marketing analytics and attribution framework across acquisition channels
- Ensure accurate marketing data collection, tracking, reporting, and attribution
- Oversee key marketing metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROI, and acquisition channel performance
- Improve and standardize marketing campaign launches, promotional activities, landing pages, and tracking processes
- Take ownership of marketing budget control, reporting, and reconciliation processes with Finance
- Drive the implementation of AI tools and marketing process automation
- Ensure effective collaboration between Marketing, Product, Engineering, BI, Finance, and Compliance teams
- Develop scalable workflows and reduce manual operational tasks
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in MarTech, Marketing Analytics, or Marketing Operations
- Experience working in a large, mature digital company with complex marketing infrastructure
- Proven experience managing multiple marketing teams through Team Leads, including at least 2 Team Leads with 2 or more employees in each team
- Strong practical experience specifically in marketing analytics and marketing technology
- Deep understanding of MarTech infrastructure, CRM, and CDP platforms such as Segment, RudderStack, Tealium, Braze, Customer.io, Insider, and MoEngage
- Practical experience with SQL, BigQuery, and Snowflake
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI and analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, S2S tracking, Conversion APIs, and MMP solutions such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Singular
- Experience building and optimizing marketing processes, campaign workflows, budget tracking, and financial reporting
- Understanding of AI automation, API integrations, and tools such as Make and Zapier
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher

- Experience working in FinTech, CFD Brokerage, Crypto, or Web3
- Practical Python coding skills
