• Maintain workshop organisation, cleanliness, and safety
• Support stock checks and record‑keeping
• Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment
• Collaborate with the wider store team as needed

What You’ll Bring

We know great talent comes in many forms. If you don’t meet every point, we still encourage you to apply.

• Technical understanding of bikes or enthusiasm to develop these skills
• Strong problem‑solving approach
• Curiosity for new products, tools, and technology
• A helpful, empathetic approach to supporting riders
• Clear communication and good attention to detail
• Confidence using digital tools and IT systems
