Suncorp Group is looking for a proactive and collaborative professional to join our Queensland (QLD) and South Australia (SA) CTP Claims team as a QLD CTP Management Officer. In this pivotal role, you'll provide high-level coordination and administrative support to the QLD CTP Claims Executive Manager and Senior Leadership Team, helping drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business success. You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-level administrative and coordination support to the Queensland (QLD) and South Australia (SA) CTP Executive Manager and Senior Leadership Team
- Managing complex diary schedules, recurring meetings, and stakeholder priorities
- Coordinating regulatory correspondence, documentation, filing, and records management activities
- Preparing, formatting, and distributing business documents, reports, presentations, and communications
- Supporting interactions with the QLD & SA Regulator by coordinating information requests and drafting routine correspondence
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective business outcomes
- Maintaining organisational charts, people data, and team records across relevant systems
- Supporting recruitment administration, People Connect activities, and broader people-related processes
- Identifying opportunities to improve team processes, efficiency, customer service, and cost management
- Processing monthly corporate expense requirements in line with company policies and procedures
What You’ll Bring
- Previous administration experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven diary management and stakeholder coordination experience
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving capability
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to supporting internal and external stakeholders
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams will be highly regarded
