Playtech's Sound team is looking for a talented Composer/Sound Designer to collaborate with our international team and create immersive in-game music, design sound effects, and prepare sound packages for our online slot games.

- Create in-game music in a variety of genres for online slot games.
- Design sound effects and musical parts for animations and game events.
- Prepare game packages in a variety of sound formats.
- Edit and mix sound for promo videos.
Qualifications
Components for success. You...
- Possess 1+ years of experience in composing and sound design in the slot industry.
- Ability to provide examples of completed slot game work, ideally including video demonstrations of the final implementation.
- Have a passion for composing music and creating engaging audio experiences for players.
- Have access to a home studio with your own music production setup and extensive SFX libraries.
- Have experience composing original music across multiple genres, including orchestral, traditional, rock, electronic, and dance.
- Have a strong understanding of adaptive and interactive game audio, including loopable music, gameplay-driven transitions, anticipation builds, and bonus stingers.
- Are experienced creating high-quality sound effects for games and interactive products.
- Demonstrate strong audio editing, arranging, mixing, and mastering skills.
- Possess advanced proficiency with professional DAWs such as Ableton, Nuendo, Pro Tools, or similar.
- Have strong knowledge of industry-standard plugins, virtual instruments, and modern music production workflows.
- Are comfortable playing and recording musical instruments as part of the creative process.
- Understand player behaviour and the role audio plays in engagement and game performance.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with designers, artists, developers, product teams, and external partners.
- Are able to work independently and confidently guide the creative direction of projects through music references and concepts.
- Communicate proficiently in English.
