# Business Systems Analyst - PRM & CX Solutions (AECO)

What Makes This Role Great: In this pivotal position, you will serve as the master architect of Trimble's AECO post-sale partner journey. You will possess full ownership of cross-sector digital collaboration tools, translating frontline customer feedback into enterprise-grade features while directly influencing partner retention and success worldwide.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- * Spearhead high-impact collaborative workshops with global stakeholders to map out and capture critical partner portal requirements.
- * Translate complex cross-functional user feedback into actionable user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and end-to-end process workflows.
- * Partner closely with IS developers and system architects to translate business priorities into cutting-edge technical designs.
- * Drive seamless user onboarding and champion tool adoption as the definitive subject matter expert during worldwide PRM rollouts.
- * Analyze complex usage metrics and partner interactions to continuously optimize platform performance and digital engagement.
Essential Skills & Experience
- * 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong background in channel operations, business systems administration, or data analytics.
- * Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems.
- * Advanced capability in Google Sheets for data modeling, metric evaluation, and reporting.
- * Strong mathematical and analytical mindset to evaluate complex platform metrics and usage trends.
- * Experience with designing, developing, and maintaining automated KPI dashboards and performance reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
Bonus Points For:
- * Hands-on experience with PRM software or Salesforce Communities.
- * Background or familiarity with the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) technology sectors.
Logistics:
Location: Atlanta, GA or Westminster, CO (In Office 4 days per week and 1 day from home)
Travel Requirement: 5-10% (2-4 sales meetings per year)

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
