- Description and Requirements
We are seeking a motivated Mid Market Client Manager to join our thriving and growing team. In this role, you’ll focus on solution selling across Lenovo’s portfolio of products and services, with an emphasis on driving value for our customers and delivering comprehensive IT solutions.

Working closely with C-level executives and decision-makers, you’ll be a critical driver of Lenovo’s growth strategy in the Mid-Market segment.
This is a fixed term role for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
As a trusted advisor to our Mid-Market customers, you will:
- Cross sell One Lenovo portfolio into retention customers within the 500–1,000 employee space through Lenovo’s channel ecosystem.
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts, acting as a main point of contact across Lenovo’s full portfolio including Laptops, desktops, servers, storage, accessories and services, alongside product specialists.
- Use business intelligence tools to uncover new opportunities within your account base.
- Regularly liaise with customers virtually and face-to-face to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Configure, quote, and negotiate sales solutions to meet both customer expectations and Lenovo’s revenue and margin goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key resellers, VARs, and distribution partners to support their acquisition efforts.
- Drive solution-based selling by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored IT solutions, encompassing Lenovo’s hardware, software, and service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with Lenovo’s Channel team and business partners to ensure seamless fulfilment of solutions and build new customer pipelines.
- Work cross-functionally with Lenovo’s sales teams to meet revenue and profit goals.
- Provide detailed reporting on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
- A consultative selling approach, with a proven ability to identify and solve customer challenges using comprehensive IT solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Tenacity, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in IT sales or working with the IT Channel (end users, resellers, or distribution) is highly advantageous.
