We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join the Investment Bank Group Operations team in Seoul. You will support the day-to-day settlement activities of the Korean brokerage business while contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.As an Operations Analyst, you will:
- execute operational processes and controls accurately and within deadlines
- perform transaction processing, reconciliations, settlement monitoring, and exception management
- monitor trade settlement and investigate discrepancies
- support account opening and maintenance activities
- handle internal and external client queries in a timely and professional manner
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- collaborate with Front Office, Client Service, and Operations teams to resolve operational issues
- support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and UAT activities
- support testing and implementation of process or regulatory changes as required
