This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, tracking shipments, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Position: Customer Service Rep
Shift: 2nd shift
Hours: 12pm-8:30pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Pay: $18.95 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to shipments, inventory, orders, and transportation services.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers.
- Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update information within warehouse management and transportation systems.
- Coordinate with operations, transportation, and inventory teams to address service issues and meet customer requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and customer communications as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and timely communication.

Role Purpose:
Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
Key Accountabilities:
- Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
- 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
