Learning Business Process as a Service (LBPaaS) helps enterprises operate and continuously improve learning programs through managed services, technology, and global delivery capabilities. As a Senior Consultant, Learning Operations Managed Services, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of managed learning operations for large enterprise clients. You will coordinate operational activities across learning administration, content development, reporting, vendor management, and service performance management. You will work with client stakeholders and global delivery teams to apply structured delivery practices, artificial intelligence (AI), and automation to improve service quality and learner outcomes.

Work you'll do
As a Learning Senior Consultant on the Business Process as a Service team, you will be responsible for:
- Support the transition and ongoing delivery of managed learning operations, including learning administration, content development, reporting, vendor management, and service-performance activities
- Execute delivery plans and maintain operational documentation, status reports, issue logs, and action trackers for assigned client workstreams
- Analyze service-level, quality, volume, and learner data to identify operational issues and recommend process improvements
- Apply AI, automation, and learning technologies to improve content workflows, learning administration processes, reporting, and service quality
- Coordinate activities among client stakeholders, global delivery teams, technology providers, and Deloitte teams to support timely delivery and governance activities

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience delivering learning operations, managed services, or business process outsourcing services for external clients, including 2+ years of experience in a consulting or client-service environment
- 2+ years of experience delivering enterprise learning operations that included at least two of the following: learning administration, content development, helpdesk support, vendor management, or service-performance reporting
- 1+ years of experience supporting a managed-services delivery workstream that included operational reporting, service performance management, or vendor management
- 1+ years of experience applying AI or automation to learning operations, including content authoring, workflow automation, or analytics
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- 1+ years of experience using learning management system (LMS) or human capital management (HCM) platforms
- 1+ years of experience supporting customer education, partner enablement, certification, or credentialing programs
- 1+ years of experience working with a global delivery team that included offshore or nearshore resources
- 1+ years of experience preparing managed-services performance reports or service-level agreement reporting
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
