THE JOURNEY

Define and run the homepage roadmap and strategy, with clear links to login/signup and growth.
Ship and measure experiments that drive GMV and contribution margin growth, with Data Science.
Rebuild the homepage experience with Design/UX and Engineering, for both repeat orders and discovery.
Balance growth targets with the needs of Ads, Monetization and other teams that use the homepage.
Work with Growth, Checkout, Catalog and other domain PMs to deliver shared outcomes.
Share the vision and results with Product Directors and senior leaders.
