Carat is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering integrated media solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns across Above-The-Line (ATL) media channels.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities, a passion for media, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with clients while driving business growth. A very good understanding of audience data and how to integrate data thinking into strategies.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.

Understand client business objectives and marketing goals through regular engagement and consultation.

Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned to client objectives.

Manage the planning, execution and optimization of ATL media campaigns across television, radio, print and out-of-home channels.

Oversee campaign delivery to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time and within budget.

Identify opportunities to improve media performance and enhance client outcomes.

Present media recommendations, campaign results and strategic insights to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams, media partners and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

Manage campaign budgets, reporting and financial administration related to client accounts.

Act as the first point of contact for campaign-related queries, ensuring a high standard of client service.

Stay informed of industry trends, media innovations and market developments.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in media account management, client service or a similar role
Proven experience managing campaigns and budgets.

Experience working across ATL media channels, including Television, Radio, Print and Out-of-Home (OOH).

Understanding of media strategy development and implementation.

Understanding of a good data led strategic approach and how to analyse the data

Proficiency in industry media planning and reporting tools.

Relevant qualification in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Advertising or a related field will be advantageous.
