JUNIOR FINANCE CONTROLLER 

We are looking for a Junior Finance Controller to join our Finance team and support the day-to-day financial operations.  

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in controlling and finance within a fast-paced, international business environment. You'll gain exposure to media finance operations, international reporting processes, audits, and cross-functional collaboration while working alongside experienced finance professionals. 

What you'll do 

• Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities, including accrual preparation 

• Assist in monitoring media orders, invoicing processes, and financial reconciliations 

• Prepare billing lists and support daily invoicing activities in cooperation with the SSC 

• Review and validate financial documentation and proforma invoices when required 

• Maintain regular communication with SSC and internal stakeholders 

• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and ad-hoc management summaries 

• Support international and local audit processes through accurate data preparation 

• Work closely with finance, accounting, and media teams to resolve operational issues 

• Create and maintain customer, vendor, and purchase order records 

• Participate in finance-related projects, process improvements, and system implementations 

• Support trainings, workshops, and testing activities related to new financial tools and processes 

What we are looking for 

• 1,5 -2 years of experience in finance (complex environment preferred) 

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 

• Good understanding of financial processes and reporting principles 

• Advanced Excel skills and confident use of Microsoft Office tools 

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

• Fluent Hungarian and English, both written and spoken 

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
