Accounting Payables

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will manage and maintaining the company’s accounts payable function. You will handle tasks such as processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and take care of accounts payable master data
- Create and perform Banking Callbacks
- Account assignment / posting / Reviewing Incoming Invoices from third parties and Intercompany Invoices
- Accounts Reconciliations and clarify differences
- Consultation and Clarification with Purchasing Department
- Creating Debit and Credit Notes
- Create payment runs
- Calling for approvals according to the DLA
- Reconciliation Banks / Bank GL Accounts and posting of bank statements
- Reviewing Invoice Received / Goods Received
- Provide Data for SOX
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting Payables
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently
- Strong PC and business systems knowledge.
- Very good IT knowledge, especially SAP FI/CO,
- Good Excel skills
- Team player that can work well with others and is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business fluent English skills
- Business fluent German skills
- Interest in responsible and challenging tasks
