- Oracle’s Product Release vision is to turn a complex release journey into an integrated, AI-assisted product experience that helps teams bring products to customers faster. We are building capabilities that connect product definition, engineering readiness, commercial workflows, and verified customer use for eligible release paths while maintaining Oracle’s standards and obligations.
- The Oracle Product Release team is looking for an experienced and motivated Principal Product Manager to translate this vision into products that teams use. You will own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery for capabilities that simplify release execution and accelerate time to market across Oracle. This role requires a product builder with strong technical judgment and practical AI bias. You will understand the entire release journey, identify the problems worth solving, and turn them into clear product requirements and incremental releases. Working closely with engineering, design, Product Managers, and specialist organizations, you will own the vision that drives a simplified user experience and bring together interfaces, APIs, enterprise integrations, reusable AI skills, and workflow automation.
