POSITION SUMMARY
• Production line in charge of overseeing Switch Gear Production at Ambernath Annex factory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for GAP.

• Resource management – Human, Material

• Drive Continuous improvement through VOS (Vertiv operating system)

• Ensure quality products are delivered.

• Ensure safe environment on the line and drive 5S.

• On the Job training to new operators.

• Achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels.

• Coordination with Store and purchase for material requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

B.E / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Production.
Production management
Knowledge of MS office and ERP system like Oracle / SAP
Interpersonal skills / Analytical skills / Problem solving skills / Team player.
Understanding of Lean principles.
4 to 8 yrs. experience in manufacturing Industry managing Assembly line.

LV (Low Voltage) switchgear experience is Mandatory

Notice period : Immediate to 60 days
Shift working: 7am - 3 30pm , 3pm- 11pm , 11 PM -7 AM
