- Apply domain context to guide solution outputs, quality expectations, and controls
- Define high-level solution approaches, workflows, and decision frameworks
- Conduct Current state assessments and documentation and recommend AI enabled future state
- Apply domain understanding to improve accuracy, consistency, and relevance of AI-generated outputs
- Support development of phased implementation plans aligned to business priorities
- Define validation approaches, checkpoints, and human intervention points where required
- Review and validate solution outputs to ensure alignment with business expectations
Support adoption through clear documentation, training inputs, and feedback incorporation
This role is a Solution Consultant position supporting AI-enabled consulting engagements, with a focus on translating business problems into structured analysis, actionable insights, and implementable solutions. The role combines strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to shape AI-driven solution approaches in collaboration with business and technology teams. The individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, perform process analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design and implementation of data- and AI-powered solutions in operational environments. Insurance domain knowledge and experience will be preferred.
