Serve as the enterprise owner for the Consent & Preference Management platform, defining the long-term roadmap and ensuring alignment with privacy, marketing, data governance, and technology strategies. Partner with senior stakeholders across Legal, Marketing, IT, and Data teams to establish scalable, compliant processes that support global privacy frameworks. Lead the development and adoption of best practices for managing user consent, preferences, and communication choices across all digital touchpoints. Architect, design, and oversee the end-to-end implementation of OneTrust Consent and Preference Management solutions. Translate organizational requirements into scalable platform configurations, advanced workflows, and customized modules for global use cases. Govern the configuration of consent UI/UX elements (e.g., banners, forms, templates) to ensure regulatory compliance and a consistent user experience. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and auditability of consent records throughout the full user lifecycle.
