The ideal candidate is a senior logistics leader with significant experience in Air & Sea forwarding, customer-facing organizations, and cross-functional stakeholder management. They have a genuine passion for understanding customer needs and translating those needs into better experiences, stronger customer loyalty, and sustainable business growth. Most importantly, they demonstrate entrepreneurial drive, a willingness to build new capabilities and teams, and the ambition to shape the future of Customer Experience within IMEA.

About the Job

- Provide leadership, direction, and capability development across the three regional departments: Customer Implementation (CI), Operational Account Management (OAM), and Customer Journey Management (CJM).

- Develop and execute the regional CX strategy, partnering with Product, Sales, and supporting functions to continuously improve the customer experience across the entire customer journey.

- Establish and drive Voice of Customer programs, measure customer satisfaction and loyalty, identify customer pain points, and act as the primary customer advocate within the IMEA organization.

- Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring customer perspectives are embedded into decision-making, process improvement initiatives, and business priorities.

About You

12+ years in digital transformation, technology, or CE leadership.
Minimum 5 years at senior level in logistics or supply chain.
Proven track record delivering large-scale digital programs.
Experience with freight forwarding platforms (Cargo Wise, TMS, APIs).
Bachelor's in technology, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
