WELDER

What You'll Do

• Perform welding, fabrication, and repair work to support production and maintenance operations.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Fabricate, assemble, modify, and repair metal components, forms, molds, cages, fixtures, and equipment.
• Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with applicable specifications.
• Assist with equipment repairs, production support activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Comply with all safety, quality, and operational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in welding, fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or a related field required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in welding, cutting, grinding, and metalworking techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and measuring instruments.
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality workmanship.
• Mechanical aptitude with effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform physical job requirements, including lifting, climbing, bending, stooping, and other manual labor activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as business needs require.
• Welding certification preferred.
• Experience in a precast concrete, heavy manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred.
