Senior Corporate Counsel, Business Development

At the crossroads of science, business, and healthcare, the Senior Corporate Counsel role will focus on mergers and acquisitions, other commercial transactions, and general commercial counseling. The position is based at the Company’s Secaucus, NJ, headquarters or a mutually agreed location. The Senior Corporate Counsel is responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, with a concentration on mergers and acquisitions. The position will report to a member of the Legal Management Team.
Pay Range: $170,000 - $230,000/year + 25% Annual Incentive Plan + Long-Term Incentive
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
