The Table Games Dealer Trainee participates in a paid, seven-week training program designed to prepare individuals for a career as a Table Games Dealer. Trainees will learn the fundamentals of dealing casino table games, gaming regulations, internal controls, chip handling, and exceptional guest service. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Upon successful completion of Dealer School, trainees will audition for placement as a Part-Time Table Games Dealer based on business needs and performance. Begin your casino career through our paid Dealer School! No prior dealing experience is required.

This seven-week training program teaches the fundamentals of table games, customer service, gaming procedures, and casino operations. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to audition for a Table Games Dealer position upon completion of the program.
