Job Description:-

• ATE setup and Testing using the tester:- Advantest 93k V93000 Advantest Verigy 93K 93000

• Experience with Smartest 8 preferred

• Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages

• Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems

• Operating Thermostream for characterization

• Minor tweak of load board setup to make it functional for testing

• Calibration & maintenance of test equipment

• Characterization debug using CRO and multimeter.

Maintenance – Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards

Linux is must to have

Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design . Experience: 1-3 Years .The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $100,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
