SAIC is seeking an experienced Joint Exercise Virtual Constructive Environment Planner located at Camp Smith in Hawaii to support the USINDOPACOM J7 Training & Exercises Directorate. with deep expertise in integrated Live‑Virtual‑Constructive (LVC) and tactical all‑domain training to focus on advancing Joint training realism by synchronizing virtual and constructive capabilities with live maneuver forces across the Indo‑Pacific theater.

NOTE: This position requires occasional travel throughout the Pacific and to Service training centers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide subject matter expertise in Joint LVC methods, processes, techniques, and procedures, including C2 organization, unit employment, capabilities/limitations, integration, and threat replication.
Integrate virtual and constructive training systems with live forces to enhance realism, multi‑domain complexity, and tactical decision‑making.
Apply advanced knowledge of tactical data links (Link‑16, VMF, JREAP, SADL, CEC) to ensure synthetic environments accurately reflect operational information flows.
Synchronize training systems with unit combat systems, mission command systems, sensors, and tactical communications.
Employ and advise on live training aids, including emitters, threat simulators, and MILES/laser‑based instrumentation.
Support scenario development and execution for Joint exercises by serving as a senior white cell representative, role‑playing friendly or threat components, and adjusting synthetic injects to meet training objectives.
Liaise with Joint and Service Centers of Excellence (TTGP, CSG‑15, TOPGUN, Army training commands, FA57, TECOM, ACC/DMO) to ensure alignment with current doctrine, TTPs, and multi‑domain training standards.
Translate Joint training objectives into comprehensive synthetic and live‑force integrated exercise designs.
