- Management (GCM), and to shape those offerings around real customer needs.
- The role connects market demand with solution expertise. The person finds and qualifies opportunities, works through sellers to progress them, and gathers the customer requirements that shape how each offering is scoped, packaged, and explained. It sits between the customer and the offering, works
across Sales, Technical, Product, Operations, and Marketing, and supports customer conversations as the product expert. - This is a non-commissioned role. It does not carry a sales quota or replace account ownership. Success is measured by the opportunities it opens and progresses, the quality of customer requirements it captures, and the adoption of the solutions it supports
