Participate in the validation of quality requirements and records related to subassemblies.
Contribute to the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
Develop tools and methods to optimize Quality Department activities.
Generate metrics, reports, and presentations related to activity progress and performance.
Follow up on assigned actions and ensure compliance with departmental objectives.
Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.

You have recently graduated in Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
You have knowledge in manufacturing processes and quality systems.
You ahve academic or professional experience in technical documentation analysis.
You have experience participating in continuous improvement projects.
You hold an advanced English proficinecy level
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications ( PowerPoint, Word, Advanced Excel, Power Bi).
You hold strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
You know about problem solving methodologies.
You feel comfortable in a teamwork and collaboration environment.
