What are your contributions to the team?
- Perform Return to Service process and approve aircraft for return to service in accordance with the applicable regulations as authorized and delegated by the repair station accountable manager.
- Perform walk around inspection of aircraft for release of maintenance
- Conduct aircraft weight and balance procedure in accordance with manufacturer’s acceptable or approved data as delegated by the repair station accountable manager
- Ensure all regulatory paperwork (FAA, FAR/CAA, etc) is complete and requested approvals have been obtained
- Conduct aircraft flight control balancing in accordance with manufacturer’s acceptable or approved data as appropriately delegated by the FAA
- Train, coach and mentor technicians and other inspectors in the performance of duties in area(s) of qualification
- Assist with research activities
- Perform conformity inspections as delegated by the repair station accountable manager
- Conduct Internal Procedural Audits
How to thrive in this role?
- You typically have 5 to 7 years aircraft maintenance experience
- You typically have 1 year corporate / commercial jet experience
- You have the ability to read and interpret engineering documents and maintenance manuals
- You have the ability to read, write, and understand the English language
- You have an A&P Certificate
