About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IntelliMatch Consultant with 11+ years of expertise in financial reconciliation platforms, primarily IntelliMatch, to lead complex reconciliation transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, implementation, platform upgrades, production support, client consulting, and mentoring junior team members while driving operational excellence for global financial clients.

Key Responsibilities

IntelliMatch Solution Delivery

Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of new reconciliations across various financial products and business units.
Design, configure, and maintain reconciliation solutions using all IntelliMatch modules including:
- Recollector
- Administrator
- Reconciliation Manager
- Security Administration
- Scheduler
Drive reconciliation transformation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reconciliation solutions.

Client Engagement & Consulting

Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and client teams to gather requirements and define reconciliation strategies.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for reconciliation processes and IntelliMatch capabilities.
Conduct solution walkthroughs, client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide advisory support on reconciliation best practices.

Technical Leadership

Lead platform installations, upgrades, migrations, and environment management activities.
Perform solution reviews and ensure adherence to architecture and development standards.
Mentor junior and mid-level consultants.
Participate in project planning, estimations, and governance activities.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Lead SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Validation activities.
Ensure defect-free releases and platform stability.
Develop test strategies and test cases for reconciliation implementations.

Database & Automation

Create and optimize complex SQL queries, procedures, views, and performance tuning solutions.
Design automated reconciliation processes and reporting solutions.
Support integration activities with upstream and downstream systems.

Production Support

Troubleshoot complex reconciliation breaks and production incidents.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational governance standards.

Required Skills

Core IntelliMatch Skills

11+ years of hands-on experience with IntelliMatch.
Strong experience across:
- Recollector
- Administrator
- Reconciliation Module
- Scheduler
- Security Management
Experience in implementation, migration, enhancement, and support projects.

Technical Skills

Advanced SQL development experience (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, or PostgreSQL).
Database design and performance tuning.
Unix/Linux scripting knowledge.
ETL and data processing concepts.
Application deployment and environment management.

Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of:
- Cash Reconciliation
- Nostro Reconciliation
- Securities Reconciliation
- General Ledger Reconciliation
- Position Reconciliation
- Trade Reconciliation
Financial Services and Capital Markets domain expertise.
Understanding of investment banking and asset management operations.

Project Management

Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience with competitor platforms such as:
- Trintech Adra
- ReconArt
- Frontier Reconciliation
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Power BI or reporting tools experience.
PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications.
Banking, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management experience.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
Master's degree is an added advantage.
