About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional digital customer experiences and bringing online campaigns to life? We are looking for a Website Experience Specialist to join the Digital team and play a key role in optimising the online customer journey across our direct-to-consumer platforms.
Coordinate and execute online campaigns and promotional activities.
Build and maintain campaign landing pages and customer experiences.
Manage promotions, offers, vouchers and loyalty activities.
Support targeted customer marketing initiatives and audience segmentation.
Ensure product information and content are accurate and up to date.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Loyalty, Digital and Technology teams.
About You
3+ years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, website operations or similar roles.
Experience with eCommerce platforms and content management systems, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify
Strong understanding of digital marketing and online merchandising.
Experience creating promotions, campaigns and landing pages.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
