About the role
We are looking for an articulate, persistent, and engaging Bilingual Inside Sales Assistant (ISA) to support a real estate team with outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and appointment setting.
You will connect with contacts already in our CRM, including online leads, community event attendees, open house visitors, and past contacts. Your goal will be to build relationships, identify buying or selling opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments for our licensed real estate agents.
This is a sales-focused virtual assistant role that requires confidence on the phone, consistent follow-through, and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Database reactivation: Run outbound calling campaigns to reconnect with existing CRM contacts and identify new opportunities.
- Event and campaign outreach: Share market updates, community event invitations, and relevant offers with past event leads and local contacts.
- Lead nurturing: Follow up consistently with online leads, including HomeLight contacts and other lead lists, through multiple phone touchpoints.
- Lead qualification: Use active listening and natural conversation to understand buying or selling plans, timelines, and interest in home valuations.
- Appointment setting: Turn engaged conversations into scheduled strategy calls or home consultations with our agents.
- CRM management: Record accurate call notes, update lead statuses, and create follow-up tasks to keep the database organized.
- Agent handoff: Provide clear summaries of each qualified lead’s needs, timing, and relevant background so agents can prepare for their appointments.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
- Confidence making outbound calls and building rapport with a wide range of people.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to guide conversations toward a clear next step.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, contact management, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent follow-up.
- A proactive, persistent approach to handling objections and reconnecting with leads.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a real estate team.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead reactivation.
- Familiarity with the U.S. real estate market.
- Experience following up with HomeLight or similar online lead sources.
