Area Manager - Maintenance Planning

This position will lead a team of reliability engineers and maintenance planning professionals to support a fast-paced steel manufacturing facility. Has responsibility for developing and executing a long-term maintenance and reliability program.- Sets and achieves high levels of maintenance efficiencies.
- Simultaneously supports multiple operating and maintenance departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or technology degree and/or related experience) in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with sense of urgency.
- At least 10 years work experience in the steel industry with supervisory experience preferred.
- Looking for a leader with a proven background in industrial maintenance and reliability processes,
- Project engineering and management skills beneficial.
- Job requires ability to lead teams in Lean Manufacturing processes.
