HYDE Dubai is looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Front Office Intern to join our team!
Expected Start Date: February 2027.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information in a courteous manner.
- Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining accurate records.
- Schedule appointments and manage the reception calendar efficiently.
- Respond to emails and written inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of front desk equipment and systems.
- Support other team members and departments as needed.
- Demonstrate professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for hospitality.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of service.
