あなたはAgentforceスペシャリスト営業チームの一員として、顧客エンゲージメントの創出と画期的な成果の創出において中心的な役割を担っていただきます。AIに関する深い知識を持ち、複雑なテクノロジーソリューションの販売、クラウドサービスの理解、そしてB2BおよびB2Cソリューションの設計において豊富な実績を持つ方を求めています。潜在顧客と連携し、ニーズや課題を深く理解した上で、最重要ビジネス目標の解決策としてAgentforceを提示・提案します。

【業務内容】

• 豊富な営業知識、最新テクノロジー、AIモデルを活用し、潜在顧客におけるAgentforceの商機を特定およびポジショニングする。
• Salesforceの他営業チームと緊密に連携し、既存顧客および新規顧客におけるAgentforceの成長機会を創出する。
• Salesforce製品（特にAgentforce）に関する広範な知識を活用し、顧客の既存アーキテクチャに適合させながら、カスタマーエンゲージメントを変革するテーラーメイドのソリューションを提案・説明する。
• 包括的なテクニカルディスカバリー（技術的ヒアリング・課題発見）を実施して複雑なビジネス課題を分析し、Agentforce(Agentic AI) がどれほどの大きなインパクトをもたらすかを実証する。
• 理想的な顧客プロファイルに合致するAgentforceの案件を新規開拓・評価（クオリファイ）する。
• 深い洞察を持って、見込み客の極めて重要なビジネスニーズ発掘をリードし、Agentforceがどのようなソリューションとなり得るかを提示・解決する。
• 顧客の複雑なビジネスニーズを評価するための詳細なヒアリングセッションを実施し、拡張可能で具体的なソリューションとしてAgentforceが提供できる価値を示す。
• 技術担当者およびビジネスパートナーの双方に対し、Agentforceの具体的な価値を強調する魅力的なPoint of View（POV/視点提案）を作成・プレゼンテーションする。
• 部署横断的なチームと連携して「One Salesforce」として一貫した対応を行い、営業プロセス全体を通じてシームレスな顧客体験を提供する。
• 当社ソリューションが顧客の長期的な戦略目標とどのように合致しているかを提示・強調する。
• 徹底した課題ヒアリングと自身の視点（POV）を組み合わせ、購買層の共感を呼ぶ魅力的なAgentforceのユースケースを提案する。

【必要な経験・スキル（応募要件）】

• 高度な技術を要する営業環境における、10年以上のB2B（企業間取引および商業取引）営業経験。
• AIと機械学習の概念、エージェントプラットフォーム、エージェントの設定とパラメータ設定方法、既存のフローへの統合方法、自動化、API接続などに関する深い理解。
• AIベースの顧客エンゲージメントソリューションおよびSalesforceプラットフォーム（セールス、サービス、マーケティング、データクラウドなど）に関する経験。
• 鋭いビジネス感覚と、顧客ニーズをSalesforceプラットフォームおよびAgentforceの機能に合致させるための、詳細な技術的発見マッピングを実施する能力。
• 高度な技術営業スキル、特に非技術系の顧客に対してAIモデルやソリューションを分かりやすく説明し、AIの機能がどのようにビジネス成果につながるかを実証できる能力
• 高いビジネスセンスを持ち、テクノロジー的に深いヒアリングを行い、顧客のニーズをSalesforceプラットフォームおよびAgentforceの機能へマッピング・整合させることができる能力
• 営業目標を継続的に達成してきた確固たる実績
• 実務経験を通じて磨かれた優れたコミュニケーション能力および交渉力
• 学士号、または同等の経験（テクノロジーセールスにおける広範なバックグラウンド）
