AI Growth Marketing Manager

About the role
CMC Markets is building an AI-first performance marketing capability. We believe AI can handle most repeatable media buying and campaign management. Your job is to build the workflows that make that possible across Meta, Google, programmatic and other digital channels.
You’ll create and improve AI-powered systems for app-install and web-conversion campaigns, from setup and launch through monitoring, optimisation and reporting. The role combines marketing fundamentals with hands-on building using LLMs, MCP integrations, APIs and automation tools. You’ll work with global teams and make sure campaigns meet performance goals and CMC Markets’ standards as a regulated financial services business.
Key responsibilities
- Build AI workflows and agents to automate campaign planning, setup, launch checks, monitoring, optimisation and reporting.
- Connect AI tools with ad platforms, analytics, attribution and internal data using APIs, MCP integrations and automation platforms.
- Develop campaign workflows for app installs and web conversions across Meta, Google, programmatic and other paid channels.
- Set performance goals and guardrails for budgets, bidding, pacing, creative and audiences; monitor results and improve the systems.
- Use data and experimentation to improve acquisition performance, campaign decisions and AI workflows.
- Apply AI to research, audience insights, creative development and testing.
- Partner with marketing, analytics, creative, product and technology teams to turn growth opportunities into working solutions.
- Ensure AI-supported campaigns follow company policies and relevant privacy, regulatory and brand requirements. Review outputs and create clear approval or escalation steps where needed.
- Keep up with new AI tools and marketing platform capabilities, and identify practical ways to apply them.
- Complete required regulatory and legislative training; protect confidential information; provide customers, clients and colleagues with a clear, fair and consistent service.
- Undertake other reasonable duties consistent with the level of responsibility of the role.
Skills and experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, growth, paid media, marketing technology, automation or an adjacent technical role.
- Hands-on experience building with generative AI, LLMs, AI agents or workflow automation.
- Ability to connect systems using APIs and structured data, and build workflows with Python, JavaScript or tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
- Understanding of digital campaign fundamentals and metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, CPM and CTR.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads or a DSP—or the ability to learn campaign platforms quickly.
- A practical, analytical approach: you test ideas, learn from results and build solutions people can use.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English.
We value evidence of building and learning quickly, alongside sound marketing fundamentals.
Nice to have
- Experience with app-install campaigns, web conversions, programmatic or display media.
- Experience in financial services, fintech or another regulated industry.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations, first-party data, CRM integrations, attribution or mobile measurement.
- Experience with video, social or other digital acquisition channels.
- Professional working proficiency in Polish.
