Opportunity to Explore RN Opportunities

Discover opportunities across a variety of nursing specialties, including:

• Emergency Department
• Medical-Surgical
• Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP)
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Day and night shift opportunities are available. Additional education, experience, licensure, or certification requirements may apply depending on the specific role, patient population, or state requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of nursing care methods, standards, and clinical procedures
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to assess patient needs, apply clinical judgment, and adjust plans of care as appropriate
• EKG competency based on patient population and applicable role requirements
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft-based programs

Education

• Required: Associate Degree in Nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Work Experience

• Preferred: One or more years of experience in an acute care hospital setting

Licenses and Certifications

• Required: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
