Job Description:

Please note that this position requires Georgia residency and frequent travel.

Responsible for leading the development and maintenance of relationships with regional and facility execution partners for the Talent team. This position ensures strategic objectives are implemented successfully at the regional and facility level. Additionally, this role serves as a strategic consultant and resource for execution partners, championing areas such as digital content, conferences, events, career site, campaigns, referral program, and collegiate projects. In addition, this position serves as a regional lead during the system strategic planning process, ensuring regional considerations are factored into recruitment plans. Provides leadership during the creative brainstorming and planning process of initiatives relevant to the assigned region.

• Lead talent attraction and recruitment marketing strategies across multiple regions, leveraging market insights, employer brand, and recruitment data to address workforce needs and strengthen talent pipelines.
• Build strong partnerships across a matrixed organization, influencing Talent Acquisition teams, facility leaders, executives, Marketing, and Communications to align priorities and drive results.
• Turn complex workforce and market data into actionable recommendations, delivering compelling presentations and insights that inform decisions and influence senior leaders.

• Leverages strategic and operational team members to enhance work outcomes.
• Utilizes knowledge of tools, systems, solutions, and trends to drive improvements in work processes.
• Collaborates with team members to identify and implement best practices.
• Integrates innovative solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Analyzes current trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Coordinates efforts across teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Applies specialized skills to address complex challenges.
• Develops strategies to maximize the use of available resources.
• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Provides guidance and support to team members in adopting new tools and systems.
• Facilitates continuous improvement through regular feedback and assessment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and online publishing tools. [Required]
• Strong understanding of process/program development and planning. [Required]
• Ability to lead in the research and presentation information [Required]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

• in business administration, marketing, communications, human resources or related field

Work Experience:

• 3+ experience providing strategy or support in a communications, human resources, marketing, or related field. [Required]

Additional Information:

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree AND 3 years of relevant experience [Required] OR
• Associate's Degree AND 5 years of relevant experience [Required] OR
• High School Grad or Equiv AND 7 years of relevant experience [Required]
